Krishna Devaraya - A renowned and revered emperor of Vijayanagar Empire ruled in the 16th century from 1509-1529 AD.
He was a poet, scholar and warrior of yore. He was a musician and composed many poems. A benevolent emperor who treated his enemies with honour. He is still fondly remembered by people of India.
