While iam in USA i collected almost 16 states quarters and few dimes and got a two dollar note, later i willing to collect rest of quarters.

Got UK coins, dubai and Japan coins while i visited these countries.

As a collection i got singapore, malaysia, thailand, france, sri lanka and few middle east, brunei, canada coins etc..

Hello !!

I am sure that Coin Network will bring many special-interest collectors and hobbyists together. I am a collector, hobbyist, and coin-student based in India.

Indian coins are gradually becoming a rage worldwide. To know more about them, I request you to please join Indian Coins group at

http://www.coinnetwork.com/group/indiancoins

Help us to popularize Indian Coins collection, study and information-dissemination. This can be done if a very large number of friends are brought to this group for sharing of information about Indian Coins.

I am sure that you will help in this venture

Very Cordially,

Shastri JC Philip

Dear Siva Ji,

you may be interested in joining the Sikh Coins Group on the Coinnetwork. It is quite simple just click on the above bar marked "Groups" and follow the link from there.

Coins of the Sikh Empire used Vikrami Sambat dating system and some of the Silver rupees of Amritsar mint had on them Hindu symbols of Trishul, Nagari Om, Shiv, Ram and so on. The inscription was in the Farsi text with persion numerals.
