I will prefer to send you old Ghana banknotes,1958-1982,UNC.It is legal to post old notes,but not current circulating notes.Ok? I prefer registered post,because safer and securer.How much is 180 rupees in US$?

That would be no problem,but to a large extent,posting of current circulating coins is not allowed. May be I can influence friends working at the postoffice to help send it. Yes,I too,mostly use registered post. Do you want coins and notes from Ghana in large quantity??
