Hi Toad, thanks for that message. I have actually seen that, I scan through ebay for anything Irish every day. That's some sort of religious medalette, I'm not really into those so I didn't mark it. Also I'm more into the Republic of Ireland rather than the North. I might throw in a bid anyway seein it could go cheaply! Thanks :)

My name is ken,not a member of this group, have a question about a token or commemorative I recently acquired. it's a large,brass token, dated 1807,and on the obverse, states,SLAVE TRADE ABOLISHED IN GREAT BRITAIN. the reverse appears to have writing either from india or an Arab country? any help?
