About Me: German born American, living in the Washington DC area for over 30 years. Hold a Masters of Science in Telecommunications. Married to Susan and one son Cameron who's going to be attending George Mason University starting Aug. 2009. Writer, deal maker, socialite.

About My Coin Collection: I have collected coins since age 9, and started with Barber and Walker types and progressed from there. This is my 5th collection, and primarily late Roman Empire period. My colection is @1100 coins, primarily bronze with some silver. Still longing for a deal on Gold that is not counterfit. Many rarities ranging from R to R5, meaning known examples that range in the 200-300 to unique. They are of good grades and most mints are represented including rare issues of military mint. Also, Vandal/Ostrogoth and Visigoth coinage as well as early Byzantine Empire, the successor to the Roman Empire.

Favorite Coin Series: All of them

Favorite Coin from Your Collection: Too many to state, but Jovinus, Basilicus and Zeno come to mind.
