My name is Sara, I'm 21, from SW Ontario. I've always loved coins and have been collecting ones I found interesting since, well, as long as I can remember. I've enjoyed, over the years, getting coins from other countries in my change or finding them or having people give them too me. I really don't know much about any of them or the coin collecting world but I am looking to learn. Those are gold 5 Francs that you've got there.They are not easy to find.
It is best to scan your coins.Using Photoscape will help you with cropping the backgraound,strengthening the contrast,& combining 2 photos into one.

I think Canada has some great coins. I have a few 1/10 oz. Gold Mapel Leaf coins and I'm trying to get a hold of a Silver one... one of these day's....

I feel the same way about coins, learning and researching a new coin and it's history is fascinating I could waste away hours like that. Did you know that they call coins the "Footprints of History" - Nice phrase if you think about it.

I see you have added some coins to your page....I haven't been on the site in a while as this was our busy season at work...Glad that's slowed down a bit...Hey have you come across any Silver Mapels I just bought my first off of a cab driver....Who would have thought...he said gimmie 5 bucks & I did....
