ruler Shivaji Maharaj. Now a days the copper coins of Maratha rulers known
as Shivrai are becoming very rare due to the fact that the sources of getting thesecoins are vanishing in development, at times metal value of these coins was more than its antiq value and therefore tons of copper coins, in general, were melted. Therefore, whatever remains should be well preserved and displayed for knowledge of new collectors / common public. Once again many
