Illustrated is a Quarter Rupee - Other Metal Strike (OMS) in Copper. Pls refer Prodmore's Catalog Page No. 197, there is a mention about this coin. I treat this as a Specimen Coin Struck in Copper. A n extremely scarce coin of British colonial India.

Coins of the Sikh Empire used Vikrami Sambat dating system and some of the Silver rupees of Amritsar mint had on them Hindu symbols of Trishul, Nagari Om, Shiv, Ram and so on. The inscription was in the Farsi text with persion numerals.
