HSN is selling the 4 piece Lincoln Proof Pennys (PR70, DCAM, From ANACS) for $139.95.They are also first day of issue.I looked on eBay and the same set is selling at a buy it now for $500. I saw a set graded by NGC that sold for $1400.This looks like a deal to me if you consider $40 for a 1 cent penny.Please let me know what I am missing here. I know most of the things you see on HSN are way overpriced.Also why the huge difference between ANACS and NGC.See More

My 2nd set pennies from the U.S. Mint are dated 4/14/2009. Does this mean the date they were packaged?If so how does one go about finding the earliest recorded packaging date? Is an earlier date worth more then a later date.My Tyler rolls are dated 4/09/09 for the JK4's and 4/03/09 for the JK2's.This all sounds a bit silly to me but on ebay they seem to make a big deal out of the box date.See More

I noticed on eBay the U.S. Mint Harrison P rolls are going for $300 or more. Just a couple of weeks ago you could get them for a little over $100. I did buy 1 roll, now I wished I had bought 5 or more.

I bought a few rolls sets from the U.S. Mint. I had been opening them. Now since looking on ebay it seems unopened boxes go for more money. Is this just a matter of people wanting it badly? In the long term does it make more sense to kept it in the box or will it really matter 10 years out?

I am new here but hope to be around for along time to come.I was at the bank yesterday and they told me they had around $2000 dollars in US mint dollar rolls.I bought 8 rolls, 2 where Washinton, 2 Adams 2 Jefferson, a Monroe and a Van Buren.I saw that the Washington's are selling on ebay for up to $35 plus shipping.Is this a good thing to collect? Maybe I should go back to the bank and buy up all of theirWashingtons.Anything I should know about buying these type of rolls.See More
