Hi Justin,
It's actually a one pound .999 fine silver coin that has the first 39 Presidents faces on the obverse and theirs names on the reverse. I picked it up about a year ago and can not find any information about it. It measures about 5/16" thick and 3 1/2" wide and comes in a beautiful wooden box. I was thinking of starting a thread to get more information, I'm sure someone knows something about it. I'll post some pictures up.
