This medal-coin is probably still listed in Krause under 'Medallic Issues',but it is listed in Krause's 'Unusual World Coins',along with the other 2 denominations in the 1930 Althing Millennium commemorative medal-coin series.

For me this set of coins is one of the most interesting ever produced. Three coins designed by two artists.

I think Krause mentions that these were struck in Germany at the Dresden Mint in Saxony.
