Sean,

  That's a very nice '7' solid serial numbered Scots 10 Quid note that you have got there.

 

Those older issues prior to 1987 are just not around any more,even for the 1 Pound note.

thanks Aiden, I actually bought this from Hong Kong

 

As well as UK, Brit Isles, I also have over 200 notes from Thailand, from 1930's to today.

will post some of my nicer ones soon
