Check out this commemorative medal-coin,which is not listed in any catalogue;

It is a silver 5 Dirhams dated 2008,which came out in 2008 to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of Sultan Abdul Halim Shah of Kedah.

It was struck at a mint on Penang Island.
