I wish it was,then you could even contribute photos of your notes,including those Straits Settlements Post Bill banknotes (which are still NOT listed in Pick at all!) on it.
Have you thought about installing the open source gallery program from http://piwigo.org on your website,then you can turn your website into a gallery & a forum at the same time?

I try to keep up with news of new issues from proper British Commonwealth countries,such as Bangladesh,India,Malaysia,Pakistan,& Sri Lanka.
I have a contact who lives part of the year in Australia & part of the year in Indonesia.He goes to both Malaysia & Singapore sometimes.He first contacted me a few years ago when he was travelling through West Africa,as he emailed me from Dakar,Senegal.He was able to get me some coins from The Gambia,along with some postal orders.
It is thanks to him that I have got both Kedah & Kelantan represented in my collection.

Here's a couple of notes that are NOT listed in Pick,but are listed in a South African catalogue;
They were prepared for the Green Point Track Internment Camp in around 1900,but were never issued.
