I know that you have got some notes that have never been listed in Pick at all - those Straits Settlements Post Bills that were issued at Singapore.They are listed in the Bruneian,Malaysian,& Singaporean banknote & coin catalogues.

No date. Wrong accent over Lao word “kip” on back. Intro: 16.12.1979.
This variety is not listed in SCWPM but now has been included in Owen Linzmayer's upcoming catalog as B28a.
