That's a very nice lot of notes that you have got there.

You can see some photos of the Algerian (which was normal currency at the time it was in circulation) & Japanese Occupation notes here; http://www.zeno.ru .

My apologies for not responding to your post. Thanks for your kind words. I love this type of coin, and would consider getting rid of a lot of other coins to pursue this niche. But sometimes it is a long time between sightings, for me. I see that there are a number of occupation pieces issued by the Germans - I'd love to collect some of them.

I do have a few fantasy pieces from the German occupation era. Will try to post my samples here - and would love to see other examples.
