Canada 1973 5 Dollars.

I can guess that this was struck at the Royal Canadian Mint's branch mint in Hull,Quebec.

Am I right?

Aiden, I wouldnt doubt they were struck in Hull. I tried to google it all and came up empty.
Around this time, the Mint in Ottawa served as a refinery, and a facility in Hull served as 'the mint'
Seems funny how back in those days terrrorism gripped the province, bombs were surfacing in mail boxes, martial law was called in for a bit, dignateries were being kidnapped and killed, all in the name of Anti-English/French Seperatism, and here we have here a coin with the queens portrait that they were more than happy to produce.
Even to this day, they demonstrated against Prince Charles/Camillas recent visit a few weeks back, and still hold anger and resentment against the English who kicked their ass back in a battle at The Plains of Abraham, that basically secured Canada for the British...and that was back in 1759...over 250 years ago.
Ok,,,enough said...

Martin,

The Hull branch mint closed in around 1985,but only these commemorative coins for the 1976 Olympic Games have been confirmed as having been struck there.
