Hello, as u must be aware that copper coins of Tipu Sultan bear Elephant
also Mysore Cash series copper coins bear elephant. I have a good collection
of various types of fish (copper coins). It will take a long time to identify these
coins and prepare a detailed work sheet (weight, diameter, shape, type of fish
variety etc).

Ceylon also had coins depicting elephants as well.
I wouldn't be too surprised if India depicted an elephant on a coin.
I know that Tanzania & Uganda have both had medal-coins depicting elephants,as did Rhodesia & Nyasaland.
Bangladesh has depicted a tiger's head on its 25 Poisha coins.
