Ron,
The reference to '419' is to Article 419 in the Penal Code of Nigeria.

Nigeria is one country whose banknotes,coins,& postal orders I do have an interest in collecting.

Nigeria's 1858 1/8 Penny currency tokens are extremely rare,but they would find a home in my collection if they came my way for the right price.
