Recent Mint Orders

So today's the day my second order of Lincoln dollars are "supposed" to ship. I ordered these a couple days before the price increase. I ordered 4 proof (in stock) and 4 unc (backordered). So I check my email. There's an message from the Mint with the subject Backordered! The uncs are pushed back to 4/16. So I go to look at My Account on the Mint web site. Of course it still showing today as the expected ship date. :(

Next, I check my Braille order. Got one of each and one silver proof quarter set. Well It was supposed to ship 4/1, but received an email 3/28(?) saying that the order would be backordered to 4/16. I look at the order and now all are in stock. Hmm... maybe will ship sooner than later. :) Wishful thinking.

Now I'm getting brave. I got my UHR 3/10, book on backorder. I open my order info and what to I see? The book has shipped. Yippie! wait... it shipped... yesterday? I check the tracking number. UPS was at my house this morning, but nobody was there to sign for it; they will try again. Hope they left a notice so I can make arraignments to pick it up at UPS, maybe tonight. If not, I'll get it Monday.

It shouldn't be this frustrating.
