Coin Network - Coin Collecting Social Network

I started a new club in hopes of seeing other collectors like myself give opinions on errors found.I have placed a few newly found errors in there to start discussions.I hope to see the club grow and all walks of life are welcome. You don't have to be an old timer to join. This is a club that welcomes debate and offers a democratic way of finding truth in errors.

How do I get to join? I've got Sometimers, it's not quite Alzheimer's, yet! ~Dave
Ok, I am a baby boomer with a new found interest in error coins. Many snicker when I share this new passion> But, I don't do the lottery so this is as close as I can get to hoping I find a gem.
I have., however, a burning question. Not many dealers, it appears, deal with error coins.Soooo, where do you take a POSSIBLE error coin for assessment? Where do you send a picture?
Thanks so much and hope this is not too elementary.
Coin world does attributions of error coins and all four major grading companies also will attribute and error for you at a cost.I have some local dealers I know who help me when I find something I think is an error. Also there is Wexler , Crawford,And Potter who does attributions. However, I think Wexler and Crawford has hurt their names in my opinion since attributing so many so called 2009 P Lincoln DDRs on the new Lincoln cents.Even though ANACS is now attributing them.I think it is mainly due to the contract involved with the two.I have found it even more interesting that PCGS and NGC never attributed any of these so called DDRs.I've been collecting errors for over 35 years now and know enough to be dangerous. But I never say I know it all.Because even as of the other day.I find new type error varieties very often. But that is because I have a passion for errors and search for them for hours every day.Coinworld also jumped on the band wagon on the 2009 P DDRs and I'm seeing that after prices have not been very favorable for these so called DDRs.That in it's self has proven that I was correct in staying as far away from this attribution as possible. The bottom line is.Everyone has an opinion. And as long as respect is given for those opinions then that attributing person or company will keep their good name.
sign me up....I specialize in errors...thanks
Is this new group about WORLD error coins,or is it about American error coins only?
