It's beginning to look a lot like Thanksgiving!

The Mint has now rolled my order to the 21st of November, and again, my order number is fairly low, 38334xxx, which begs the question; I wonder which Turkey will be served first, lol? I can just picture some $9 an hour employee stuffing boxes, afixing address labels, and loading pallets of Anniversary Sets for shipping! I'm certain that they will all be handled with extreme care, similar to a baggage handler at the airport. What a fine mess we've gotten ourselves into this time?!

Just remember that the date listed on the track order page is not a true estimate of the expected ship date. It is set at today+14 and has been since the sale. It increments every day, automatically. This is a number that the mint/PBGS routinely use for either items that are not in stock yet or in very high demand, whether sold out or not. I still think it is possible that a large number of sets are still in San Francisco, awaiting shipment to Indianapolis (the PBGS warehouse).

I am one of those baggage handlers who also handles these shipments and other gold shipments with the Secret Service that our corrupt government does not want you to know about!

Like Clair said, I have had orders before that added a day every day to the expected ship dates and they appear to be meaningless. I have seen them add a day, meaning the expected ship date was still 2 weeks out and send me a confirmation my order had shipped the same day before.

All five of my sets have changed to "in stock and reserved" but the cancel button is still active and there has not been any CC activity yet but at least things are moving. It looks like the first orders will ship this week.
