Permalink Reply by Aidan Work on February 12, 2009 at 1:44am Hi Aidan! Thanks for the reply! I just took some pictures with my digital camera and uploaded them, is that ok? Or should I be scanning? Anyways, they're up in my profile if you care to take a look. There's 4 of the same coin. And the coin says "Empire Francais" on the front so I'm gonna take a wild guess and say France? ;)

Sara,
'Empire Francais' literally translates to 'French Empire'.You have got coins from the reign of Emperor Napoleon III of France (1852-70).

You're welcome.
It is best to scan your coins.Downloading Photoscape will help you.Look at your page to see what I mean.
Here's a link where you can download a FREE numismatic inventory program; http://mebnet.altervista.org/ENG/indexENG.htm .
You can upload your own photos,& use the same program for both your banknote & coin inventories at the same time.
