Guam Quarter Mintage

The numbers came in even lower than the Puerto Rico Quarter...

A nice surprise today...I came across two 2009-D Guam quarters in my change while purchasing lunch today. I haven't seen any of these yet in circulation. Even with the lower mintage, from time of release to the palm of my hand was much quicker than either the DC or Puerto Rico quarters.

I ordered 3 sets of Guam quarters rolls this morning 6/12/09 at 5:15 am and I already have a tracking number @ 8:30 pm.
Has something changed for the better @ the mint?
