Rahul,
That's a bit of a hard question to answer.I'm sure that another one of the Indian members here can help you here.

Have you seen the Indian coins on http://www.zeno.ru ?

Aidan.
Commemorative coins can only be purchased from the mint or dealers. They are not released into regular circulation.
Lureuin,
Rahul is referring to commemorative coins from India, especially of the 1 Rupee & 2 Rupees denominations.

Aidan.
I saw "louis braillie". Didn't know India was doing that coin also.
Rahul, Lureuin is correct, you would not find them in Citculation, you have to buy them from the mint... Some do turn up after few years when the mint decides to circulate them...
Dear Rahul,
Most of the UNC and commemorative coins are not circulated for general use, Reserve Bank of India distribute these coins at PAR through coin fares, exhibitions, coin depots at some banks(at least one is situated in every city of India), voluntary organizations and allow you purchase upto 4 coins at par of the same series to enable fair distribution. Some coin dealers purchase them in bulk using various tricks and sold them at much higher rates to the coin collectors. This practice is not good. If you see the websites of US Mint, Royal MInt UK and other international mints you realize that their distribution/sale of UNC and Commemorative coins is very much fair and every coin collector have an equal opportunity to get these coins directly from the website. I expect that Indian Government Mints and RBI will improve their distribution of these coins in near future as the number of coin collectors in the country increasing rapidly and so as the awareness.

Hi Lureuin
India already issued commemorative coins on Louis Braillie.
The Indian Braille commemorative was issued on January 4,2009.(Louis Braille was born on Jan.4).It is almost impossible to find it in circulation. Its current market price is between 4$-6$ !!
Thanks all for the info. Did an ebay search and it looks like there are several countries doing Braille Coins. The India 2 rupee coin was listed for $47 US. I guess if your doing the Braille Coin you may want to considered getting one from India, Palau and the US. Only 2,500 of the Palau coin were made and they are selling for about $45 US.
SHARIQ FRIEND CAN U TELL ME THE NAME OF THE BANKS ,VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIOS IN KOLKATA WHICH SELL THESE COMMERATIVE COINS AND THE PLACES WHERE FARES AND EXHIBITIONS ARE HELD IN KOLKATA TO SELL THESE COINS
You can visit local branch of RBI and Coin Clubs and Coin Societies of your area(Calcutta). Now about Coin Fairs and Exbition It would be better to refer local newspapers to get information.
