2009 Mint Set Delayed- 95% Copper Lincoln Cent Toning Issue

Very interesting news from Dave Harper. The US Mint has delayed the release of the 2009 Uncirculated Mint Set due to issues with the Lincoln Cents.

The Cents included in the set have a special composition of 95% copper, and this is causing some "unique tarnish issues" with the current anti-tarnish treatment.

I think they should do what they always used to do for mint sets containing copper pennies, NOTHING! I have attached a scan of my 1961 mint set pennies which were just in mylar for 45 years and out in the open for three years now and look just fine. Nice and red, no spots, no issues. Anit-tarnish treatment just sounds wrong! I don't want treated coins, I want minted coins.
